1. Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not support shipping to:

PO Boxes

Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Overseas territories of the United States (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
2. Shipping Costs
We apply straightforward, reasonable shipping fees:

Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $150

Free U.S. Shipping: On all orders over $1800.00
All shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Processing Time & Delivery
To make sure your wall shelf arrives quickly and safely, we divide the order timeline into two stages:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM MST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeline Example
Here’s an example for clarity:

Monday (Day 0): You place your order at 3:00 PM MST. It begins processing Tuesday.

Tuesday–Wednesday (Day 1–2): Your order is packed and shipped. You receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Next 4–6 business days: The carrier delivers your order.

Result: Your wall shelf typically arrives between the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
5. Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number

A direct tracking link to the carrier’s website
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Damaged or Lost Goods
a. Damaged During Transit
We pack every product carefully, but if your shelf arrives damaged:

Contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
We will promptly review your request and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.
b. Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days and tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.
7. Cancel an Order
You may request cancellation if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Since we prepare orders quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been handed over to the carrier (tracking number issued), cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
