1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Be within the 90-day return period

  • Remain in its original condition, with no signs of use, scratches, or cracks

  • Include all parts and accessories (shelves, brackets, screws, mounting hardware, manuals)

  • Be repacked securely, preferably in the original box and protective packaging

  • Include a valid invoice or proof of purchase

2. Return Procedure for Each Case

A. Returns Due to Mavieape’s Fault (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Delivery)

We take responsibility if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit (cracks, dents, broken wood)

  • Defective (misaligned brackets, unstable joints, finishing defects)

  • Incorrectly delivered (wrong model, wrong size, or wrong finish)

  • Cost: Free of charge. Mavieape provides a prepaid return label.

  • Solution: You may choose a full refund (including the original shipping fee) or a replacement shelf if available.

B. General Return (Change of Mind)

If your shelf is in perfect condition but you no longer want it (for example, it doesn’t fit your space or style):

  • Cost: Customer covers all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and proper protective packaging.

  • Solution: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund the product price only (excluding original shipping fees).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned (unless defective upon arrival):

  • Custom-made shelves (special sizes, finishes, or engravings)

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked at purchase as non-returnable)

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, poor installation, or inadequate repacking during return

4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)

Step 1 – Request a Return
Contact us via email at [email protected] within 90 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (for defective/damaged products)

Step 2 – Get Instructions
Our team will review within 1–2 business days and send instructions, including a prepaid label if the return is our responsibility.

Step 3 – Pack and Ship the Product
Repack carefully, ideally in the original packaging with protective materials, and send it to our Returns Department:

5. Money Back Guarantee

  • Processing Time: Refunds initiated within 5 business days after inspection

  • Refund Method: Returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.)

  • Email Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

  • Note: Banks may take 3–7 business days to credit funds to your account

6. Restocking Fee

Mavieape does not charge any restocking fees.

7. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays)

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the same day
